Roatan, Honduras - Dollar Rental Car in Roatan rents us a wreck that's past empty. We knew then, something was fishy. When we returned the car, they tried to scam us into buying the car a new transmission. Dollar's Corp. Response.. we have no control over franchise owners in another country. Renter beware!
